“Clean tidy accommodation”
It is about 10-15 minutes walk from train station (to both Tenjin-minami Station or Kushida Shrine Station), It is easy to walk without luggages (with luggages, I'd prefer taking taxi from Hakata station). quite a numbers of restaurants nearby. A very quiet area to stay. Our room has 2 double beds and 1 single, for a family of five. The room size is just enough for us. Room is clean and tidy. Check in process is simple and contactless. Washing machine and drying machine in the room is a bonus !

“Overall it was a good stay. Simple, clean and what we expected from the description and photos.”
It was simple and clean accommodation. There are a few small eateries around the area but we didn't get to try any of those. The nearest bus stop or train station requires some walking. If not, everything else is as described.

The room was not very big but sufficient for our family of 5, and it was great that it came with a washing machine and bathroom dryer so it saved us doing a lot of laundry when we got home. The accommodation is also very close to Canal City Hakata so it was convenient for eating and shopping.

Location is good, walkable to Canal City and a local morning seafood market. There are also a number of convenience stores nearby within a 5 minute walk.

“A good choice for a low budget, but a little far from the station.”
The room is not too big, but it includes all the necessary features, even a washing machine. The hotel is next to a department store and a convenience store.

Great affordable family-friendly accommodation. About a 5 min walk to Canal City Hakata. Self-check in was really easy and can be done in English. Bit far from train station (about a 15-18min walk).
