“Great value stay!”
Very spacious on a Japanese standard. Very clean and everything is equipped. I wouldn’t ask for more at this price. Would definitely revisit!

Had all the amenities, fridge, a kitchen, cutlery, washing machine (with laundry powder), shampoo, conditioner & bath soap. it was a comfortable stay. Overall good for friends/bigger groups.

“This is not a hotel, no human service whatsoever - yet a nice place”
It's a beautiful modern room, a reasonable space for a family of 4, the location is good and the wifi is strong. Cooking facilities are available, but parking is not.

“Great small hotel for a short stay.”
The hotel was modern, easy check in (unmanned), and reasonably close to down town Tenjin. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate.

“super good location and super clean, but don't expect large space and working table”

“Fine overall, not as new as what you see in the photos”
Very quiet, size of the room is good, for travellers with a rental car, location is ok. There are also a few yatai within walking distance.
