“Cozy apartment near Hakata station.”
Location is quite near Hakata station with lots of restaurants downstairs. The property was well furnished and comfortable for many people. We were able to do light cooking as well which was a small plus. It was great for a family stay.

the location is not bad, its not too far from Hakata station and there's a lot of food around as well. there's a 7-11 nearby and a delicious ramen restaurant right beside the entrance to the apartment building.

The Apartment Room 6-D is located at the front of the building (by the road) and it's noisy at night time, we could hear people talking (not sure where it comes from either the restaurant or other rooms from the lower floor). The bathroom, the clothes/tower rack is opposite the shower so water splashed onto the clothes.

“Very nice.”
The place is just right. It’s clean and everything works. You can walk to Hakata Station. Bus stations are a couple of minutes walk. You can hail a cab just outside the hallway. You can even walk to Canal City (or to Tenjin if you like and the weather is nice). There is a ramen place downstairs. Konbinis (7/11, Family Mart, Lawson) are nearby.

“Feel unsafe and dirty”
The bath tub drained through the floor and left hair from previous customers, quite dirty. In addition, the window in the bathroom cannot be locked.

Location. Around 650m from hakata JR station. About 750m from Canal city mall, near a yatai. But quiet enougj. There were several combiny located nearby. A few restaurants just outside the condominium. Functional kitchen

“Not worth the cheap price”
