“A rare find”
Everything. This is a gem of a hotel. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Very spacious, comfortable, safe. A full kitchen with everything we needed. A washing machine. Only stayed 2 nights. Wish our other hotels were as good.

“Comfortable and roomy apartment!”
We loved this little apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really roomy. We were able to use the washer and dry the clothes on the balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. Friendly desk staff and easy to access the building. Central location.

“Very good value for money and plenty of good food and coffee around.”
staff was very helpful and friendly. They speak very good english and helped booked our taxi to the airport as well as answered our questions about food, transport etc. Washing machine was a big bonus although there wasn't a dryer. They provided a drying rack and hangers for us to dry our clothes. Detergent was provided too. Toiletries and amenities kits were also provided. One stop from Hakata station (get off at Gion and walk 9 mins). Or change subway lines to Gofumachi station and walk 4mins.

“Great location, clean and convenient.”
The location of this property is excellent. I was able to walk to the Hakata area safely and the room had everything I needed. The room slept 4, although I am a solo traveller, so I had plenty of space to spread out. Nice bath, and a small balcony. The staff downstairs were friendly and helpful, and I was able to borrow an umbrella, which was nice. A very good place to rest.

Actually everything deserves a praise. First the location was good, close to Nagasu, Gion which is very handy for further exploring. Convenience store were also very closeby. Second, the staff were very friendly and helpful. One female staf particularly helped us a lot with explaining. Third, the accomdation itself was very nice and it looked the same as the pictures. Everything was convience and thoughtful with placing. And last but not least, the price was also very excellent for the quality we received. There is no doubt why this accomodation received such a high score, something which they fully deserve!

“Value for money.”

“Nice spacious apartment for short stay in a good location”
A nice apartment in Tenjin area, a good location for walking around and shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and helpfull. The building has limited parking area, but we were lucky and could make a reservation.

I think the location is very nice and quiet. It is not far from a fukuoka subway station which was good. The staff were nice.

“Definitely will book again if we come back to Fukuoka.”
We had the biggest room at the top level with access to the roof. It was a very large unit, perfect for my group of 7 with big luggages. Location was pretty good but we walked alot because the weather was good.

Room was very spacious clean and very comfortable. Facilities were great! Up to date and modern. Too bad we were only here for 1 night - if ever back in Fukuoka will come stay here again. Staff were also very friendly and extremely inviting and helpful. With well spoken English Thankyou for helping us with our stay and forms for luggage delivery! Option to reverve a cars pace out front was also extremely handy =)

The room is larger than most hotels. It has a small kitchen and laundry, which is super convenient. Every unit has a balcony. The unit is like an airbnb apartment, but it comes with some hotel services. I strongly recommend it for people who travel with family and plan to stay in Fukuoka a little bit longer.
