Location is walkable distance from Hakata Station (good exercise) without any big luggage to handle. Can be consider far for people who are not convenient to walk much. But I have no complain as this place is value for money and spacious room given. As we stayed 5 nights, washing machine provided is a big help.

“Great stay at Dream inn”
Its a 15 mins walk from hakata station. The apartment was comfortable and provided all the essential utilities. Kitchenware was well equipped. Staff communicated in good english. Overall a satisfied stay

Cheap and rather big room with a kitchen. Staff are very friendly and nice. We were allowed to check into our rooms ahead of the designated check-in time.

Your staff is helpful and very kind. Staff help us to keep our luggage to the room. Staff will try to speak my language, It's so cute. Staff has a little stuff for our children to make them smiling.

“Nice , comfortable rooms.”
The rooms are fairly good size. Kitchen is well equipped Washing machine is plus point. Only problem is the dryer room is little far from the main building.

Room was spacious enough. Room partition is adjustable and good to block off light when not all are sleeping. Staff were helpful in giving instructions to local attractions and keeping our luggage in between our stay Handy to have a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine

“Wonderful stay at a lovely hotel”
Stayed for 12 days. Very comfortable and cosy, beds are firm but pillows are a little too hard. Staff are friendly and efficient.
