Location was great, walking distance to many things. Staff was friendly and helpful with our early check in which is always much appreciated. We enjoyed the ramen that was available in the evening and the onsen!

“Good and comfortable and convenient, tho kinda small.”
Convenient location, near the Canal City Hakata shopping mall, Nakasu district, Kawabata shopping street, Kushida Shrine metro station, Gion metro station. All within walking distance. Many food options nearby, quite a number of convenience stores as well. Also, good Japanese public bath within the hotel (free for hotel guests), that provides free ice cream most of the day, with paid washing machine facilities. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, able to speak and understand basic English (enough for most stuff). Free towel changes. Free toiletries. Free bathing gown/pyjamas that’s comfortable for wear within rooms/hotels. Free slippers for use within hotel. Clean facilities overall, both common and room.

The location is excellent, only a few minutes from Canal City. The only downside is the restaurant’s location - it’s on the ground floor next to reception, so guests wearing the hotel-provided clothing have to walk past the lobby to get there.

I arrived in the morning and went to other places. As check in only afternoon, the staff brought my luggage to the room. Subway is just in front of the hotel, very convenient travelling everywhere.
