Very nice room! And so good breakfast

It’s clean and close to Canal City Hakata and also the main train station.

The hotel was great and close to train stations and supermarkets/convenience stores. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I wanted to stay in the centre while friends were visiting also. Was a good location close to a metro stop and Tenjin station was a 15 min walk. Getting from airport needs two metro lines (change at hakata) but was straightforward. The rooms are well equipped, very new feel and decent shower. The hotel also has laundry room but it can be busy in evenings. The luggage storage is beside reception and uses combination locks. We didn't have breakfast there so have no idea if it is good or not as we made use of some very nice bakeries locally (Brot land near Yakiun is a high calorie start to the day). All in all a very nice place to stay

Great location, close to lots of things including a great sushi restaurant in the market next door. Room was very quiet dispute fronting onto a busy road.

A very new or newly renovated hotel with lots of perks like room climate and lighting control. Fun to try and learn to use all these advanced things. Very good breakfast with a great choice of healthy and nutritious food options. Very conveniently located next to a fish market, which was fun to walk through, and the river bank with lots of nice cafes and a great view. Some 15 minutes away from a huge shopping mall with lots of things to do, see, and buy.

The location is really good, just that the room feels a bit small.

One of the few hotels in Japan with separate standing showers! Staff are excellent and good facilities and amenities on site. Location is good with close convenience store access and many eateries nearby, not as loud as Hakuta/Daimyo areas but still walkable distance.

The connecting rooms is good and bed is comfy. Room size is small but it’s understandable. Location is ok. Check in and check out is fast.
