Great location across the road from Hakata station and lots of shopping and food. The 7 eleven was 2 doors down. Easy access to the JR line. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Coffee and cold drinks and seating area available all day free of charge. Would highly recommend Comfort Hotel

“Hotel of Great Comfort”
Everything about Comfort Hotel is Super. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable.. Breakfast is yummy with good spread. Free Flow of tea and coffee from 2pm to 12 am is a Bonus. Use of cafe throughout the day makes my stay enjoyable. Excellent location - opposite Hakata Station and Bus Terminal and Shopping Malls.Superb value !!! Definitely will return again.

“Great Location and Spacious Room”
The location is excellent—just opposite Hakata Station, making it very convenient, especially if you have luggage or need to rush to catch the subway to the airport early in the morning. The hotel is a bit older, but it has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The room size is relatively spacious compared to many typical business hotels in Japan. The staff are friendly and the check-in process is smooth. The complimentary breakfast is simple but sufficient to start the day. Overall, it is a good choice for travelers who prioritize location, convenience, and value for money when staying in Hakata.

The hotel location nearby station exit, when you take a train from airport going to Hakata station, just walk 5 min will be arrives. The hotel walking distance a close to the station, department store, underground shopping street and more restaurants for chose. Of course, the room price a very good deal.

“Convenient location, good stay”
Extremely convenient located, right outside Hakata station, free breakfast with smoothies, size of bed is good, and pillow and bed comfortable. Staff is friendly however their English ability is so so, so a simple ask about how to buy bus ticket from Yufuin to Airport they may not know how to answer but they direct me to bus terminal to ask at least. Downstairs has free iced tea and coffee. It is good and people can gather downstairs at night.

The location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station and so many restaurants and department stores nearby.
