“Great location and lovely public bath”
Location is very convenient, close to shopping malls and underground street. Lovely outdoor public bath. Nice breakfast. Single bed is not small. Cafe and cosmetics shop right downstairs.

the onsen on the rooftop, it's amazing, after a long walk during the day, onsen is the best for resting and regaining the energy. We love it.

very kind hotel staff, very spacious room, comfortable beds and the spa area was a big plus for a relaxing evening. there was a major subway line close by and the subway line to the airport was also a few minutes foot walk away from the hotel

“Inconsistent Service”
Two female staff members were wonderfully helpful. They helped us ship a suitcase via Yamato ta q bin to our next destination. The included Japanese style baths were very welcome.
