“Pleasant stay in Fukuoka with modern facilities”
The property is in a good location- central to public transport and lots of restaurants around. Check out is later at 11am, but check in is not until 5pm. Luggage can be left but we managed to get into the room earlier. The room was clean, bright with big windows that could be opened. The facilities seemed quite new overall.

Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen with kids' utensils. Location: Fantastic! Very close to the main shopping areas. Privacy: Only one neighbor per floor, so it’s very quiet and private. Condition: Great size, clean, and well-maintained.

The apartment was excellent, It had everything we needed, including a washing machine! The manager was very friendly and very helpful, he suggested lots of great local restaurants. We'll be coming back to stay.

Room is a decent size with a well-equiped kitchen, good enough for reheating food and proper storage. Location is good as well, walking distance to several bus stops and train stations.

Great location and nice room layout. Walking distance to Tenjin, Nakasu and Canal City. Lawson right next door and nice restaurants all around.

“Super good place to stay”
This is one of the best place I stay in Japan , very good room , clean with all the facilities of living , big size room is very good for 2-5 people stay and very good location , there is a Lawson 30seconds by walking. The owner of the house is super helpful and reply the message very fast , the cleaning staff also do a very good work , I’ll choose to stay again next time
