“Great value for money, comfortable in a good location.”
it’s quite a new property, very comfortable. It’s in a really good position, and the staff are really lovely – they are a highlight of the day. I know this sounds a little bit ridiculous, but these APA hotels have the best pillows, which for me makes a really good night sleep which I really need when I’m travelling. When you’re away from home, comfort is everything. i’ve sat here before about two or three times. I know I see if they have a vacancy if I’m coming to the area.

“The perfect experience”
I’ve been travelling to Japan for 25 years and I have to say that APA hotel group is the best budget hotel group in the whole of Japan. It’s a little bit at the top end of my budget, but whenever I can, I always stay at an APA hotel in any city that I visit The service the rooms the facilities. The comfort of the bed and pillows is next to none. Highly recommended.

The hotel have met our expectations, clean and comfortable. There's a 7-11 around the corner to buy snacks and Canal City is just a 10min. walk. Check-in and check-out are using self-check-in and check-out.

Has a very new and open feeling in the hallways outside the rooms. Close to canal city but not close to train lines unless you walk to Hakata station. Still, it's only a short walk away.

“Spacious and comfortable room”
Thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay here. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and were able to store my luggage prior to check in. The staff helped me to check in using a multi-lingual machine. An in-house laundromat available which was a huge help; washing machines cost 300 yen, dryers cost 200 yen for 60 mins. Breakfast is available if you want to pay an extra 1500 yen per day. Great location as Hakata Station is a 2 min bus ride or 10 min walk, with two major shrines and convenience stores within a 5 min walk. My room came with a mirror, coat hangers, double bed, power points, a small desk and chair. Towels were replaced daily upon request; because I only stayed for three nights my room wasn't serviced, but I didn't mind this. Enjoyed being able to soak in the bath at the end of a long day of walking; being a Westerner these baths are smaller than what I'm used to, but it was still a nice addition given how sore my legs were by this point in my trip. Noise wasn't a problem at all; if anything, at times I thought my floor was mostly empty as I hardly saw anyone in the corridors or lifts. Would definitely stay here again!
