“Very helpful reception staff”
Room was comfortable and well equipped and the hotel has a good eco policy. One of the reception staff was so helpful when I asked to change my room - he went out of his way to find a quiet room for me and was so polite and helpful.

“Pleasant stay in Fukui”
A lovely view of the pond and bridge from our room on the 8th floor. The room was large and comfortable. Complimentary personal amenities, and a pleasant stroll across near by Central Park to the castle ruins.

“Very enjoyable and comfortable.”
Central to local attractions and close to the Railway Station and bus stop. Brilliant small restaurants connected to the station under one roof, very, very clean environment with multiple choices of food style.

“Pleasant to stay in, staff were friendly and helpful”
The hotel is pleasant to stay in, is near the Fukui castle ruins, and is within walking distance of the Fukui station and Asuwa River. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel provides you with a choice of bath salts and pillows. USB charging points are provided. The breakfast venue is not overcrowded and pleasant, and the dish choices were great. The hotel reception is now on the 1st floor.

“Nice but too hot in the room”
Nice location, good sized room, nice breakfast. Room was too hot, the window didn’t open, and the only way to regulate the temperature was to prop open the room door. My daughter has eczema and was scratching all night. For this reason I don’t think I’d stay again. Otherwise it was great, but if it’s too hot to sleep in March, I’d have no confidence in staying here at any other time of the year.

The hotel is centrally located. Fukui Station is within walking distance with restaurants for dinner aplenty. One gets a chance to see the impressive station and the dinosaurs guarding the front. The room is also spacious and comfortable.
