There is a supermarket near by, it's a 2 minute walk. Aircon warmer and lights are turned on when check in, it's a warm welcome in a winter night!

“Lovely stay!”

Quiet neighbourhood with good amenities nearby like hotto motto and a massive supermarket/pharmacy/seria. Room was spacious and cosy. Separate bedroom with futon. Couches and tv in living room. Large area for us to open our suitcases. Kitchen has toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle plus cutlery and plates. Washing machine and water heater work well. Perhaps best thing was to see beautiful Mt Fuji from the huge carpark behind the apartment!

The check-in process started out kind of convoluted, but after all the information arrived (we booked very impromptu and arrived there earlier than we thought) it went off without a problem.

“Amazing stay”

This was a last minute booking and was amazing, we only stayed one day but wish we had longer. The property was huge with loads of space and so close to the theme park and free parking.

Excellent position, walking distance to Qland station (bus/JR), there’s a shopping mall and we can see Mt Fuji directly from the parking lot. Experienced traditional Japanese life. Kitchen well equipped. Two toilets! Self check-in.

“Nice”

The house is clean and comfortable. The house is also equipped with amenities that we need, especially for families with kids. Good location too, just a few minutes drive to the grocery store, hypermarket, and Harada Farm for fruit picking. Tambara Ski Park is only a 30-minute drive. The owner is a nice person too

“Very good”

The owners were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Everything was very clean and organised, and the amenities provided were also very good. There was also a lot of entertainment on the TV and the aircon kept the rooms at a perfect temperature.

“I did not even use it for 2 hours… I checked out and informed the host”

The lighting of the place is too dull.. There is no proper ventilation. The kitchen was not clean and has a sticky/oil smell. I hardly used the property for 3 hours and checked out the same night and informed the host! Basically did not feel it’s safe to stay with a family.

Nice house to just chill. Full size kitchen, nice sleeping space, no unpleasant odors.

“Good value for money,”

It was next door to a neighborhood mall. Groceries, pharmacy and even clothes are sold there. It doesn’t have a direct view of mount fuji but u can see from the parking lot across the road and if u walk around the neighborhood, u’d get the most amazing photo spot. Big house with one bedroom and one living room which we can sleep in when the main bedroom gets too tight for the 5 of us. Kitchen is equipped well. If u cook, this is a good option. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. It’s quite a distance to lake kawaguchiko but about 10 mins walk to Fuji Q

“No hot water”

No hot water!If you are planning to go see mt fuji early in the morning and want to shower, forget it, it said to wait for hot water, waited for 30 mins- no hot water. Missed the sunrise. Went back and possibly hoped that there will be hot water before checkout. Nothing Not sure if we missed any instruction but if we did, possible give clear instructions I sent a message to the host - no response
