The location and the Onsen. Great place to stay onsen waas amazing then you have a free massage chair that everyone can use. The location is really good walking distance to the convenience store. There is parking and restaurant next to the hotel. They also have a breakfast option.

“2 day in Fuji”

Staying at Hotel Fuji was truly comforting! The facility is well-organized, clean, and comfortable! The staff is friendly and helpful! We also had the pleasure of trying the onsen, truly pleasant and relaxing! I highly recommend experiencing and seeing Mount Fuji! Arigatò gozaimasu

We loved the view of fuji we were given and the onsen, we really appreciated that my brother could use the baths even when he had a tattoo. He really wanted to have that experience! Happy that there was a smoking room as well.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. There’s an onsen my partner enjoyed (I was sick). Daily fresh towels. Yakiniku restaurant attached. Nice deep bath you can fit in.

“Incredible stay, would recommend”

Absolutely loved it! We stayed for two nights for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing to be able to see Mt Fuji from our room (we had lovely clear skies so great visibility) and we enjoyed the onsen (first time trying an onsen). The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has a warm welcoming feel. We had housekeeping of the room which was made up nicely with fresh towels etc while we were out. We had a rental car so parked on site, it was easy to drive around to attractions. I think the hotel is slightly far away from the train station though but I liked that it was away from busier areas. The hotel is walking distance from a grocery store which was convenient as well as some restaurants. The on-site yakiniku restaurant was great though we had dinner there one night. We wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. The room size was decent enough size for Japan hotel room standards :)

The onsen and the breakfast was amazing

They do have an onsen, but it's only open for a few hours in the morning.

“Pleasant stay near fabulous Mount Fuji”

Great location, with great views of Mount Fuji, I didn't realise hotel was so close. We did have a car which did make things really easy to get around, not sure how we would have got on relying on public transport. Hotel has nice garden at entrance. I really liked the Onsen, set in natural stone which was really nice. There is a small room off the foyer which has a drinks machine, microwave, and cold water dispenser, along with an ice machine. There is also a large massage chair, which is amazing, so would recommend having a go on that. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Location is very good within the Fujiyoshida neighbourhood. Very convenient reach to a large supermarket and there is a nice bakery nearby.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, professional staffs, seeing Mt. Fuji over my window. There is a smocking room on 3th floor that is appreciated by addicts as me. Furthermore, there is an free open onsen .
