This is a container-style accommodation, which was our oversight as we did not pay close attention during booking. The room does not come with a TV, which we also missed when making the reservation. During our 3-day stay, it rained continuously, and without a TV or much indoor space, especially with the compact bed setup—the stay felt quite uncomfortable at times. The staff were polite but somewhat inflexible in general. However, we truly appreciated their effort in adjusting the breakfast for us after realizing we could not get used to the original menu, which we were very grateful for.

The rooms had excellent high value appointements with very comfortable beds, thick duvets, quality hair dryer, music speaker/lamp combo. I was so intrigued by the lamp I had to look up the brand to buy one at home. The decorations in our cabins were beautiful and the whole vibe felt like boujee glamping which is what we were going for. The breakfast felt like a high value traditional Japanese style ensemble and each piece was delicious.

breakfast and diner was delicious. check in was easy. there was a campfire and you can buy marshmellow to make smore's outside the restaurant daily. location was great. the road leading to the hotel was tight but we managed to nagivate it in our x-trail with scratches. rooms were very clean and amenities were great. overall it is an enjoyable stay.

Very cool design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great, you can see the summit of Fuji Mountain on a good day. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. It’s easy to drive to the lakes and restaurants nearby.

Very spacious, great bathrooms, has a microwave, laundry area and fire pit to sit in front of. Great if you want to disconnect from internet/ world. Very peaceful. The onsen was amazing. Great Mt Fuji view.

Amazing experience - room looked exactly like the pictures and had literally everything you could ever ask for. Decked out with high end appliances including speakers, microwave oven and filter coffee machine. The private tub was spacious and comfortably fit two people in it. Also great views of Fuji right from the main area and carpark.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Blanc Fuji for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and truly looked after us in every way. They picked us up from Mount Fuji station in the shuttle. Their warmth and hospitality were exceptional, and they were always eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was stunning—beautifully designed with everything you could ask for, and the warmth of the rooms was especially comforting. The highlight, however, was the onsen. It was incredibly easy to use, and the relaxation it provided after a day of sightseeing was unmatched. It felt like the perfect retreat. For meals, we opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and both were fantastic. The Japanese breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and dinner was a culinary treat—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Blanc Fuji is the ideal spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Whether you’re traveling or simply in need of a few days of rest and relaxation, this place delivers on all fronts. We loved it so much that we are already planning to return! If you’re looking for a serene and welcoming escape with top-notch service and exceptional amenities, I cannot recommend this place enough.
