The window blinds didn’t completely black out the room and the dark decor was gloomy. The ground foyer could also do with a lighter colour paint.

“One if my best stays in Japan.”
Location is fine, walkable from the train station and close to bus and city. Their free offers of all sorts of coffee and tea is exceptional, compared to all other hotels I stayed in Japan. Rooms are big enough to spend a rainy day. Plus they got the lovliest staff you can imagine. Didn't had breakfast, but it looked good.

“My favorite hotel in Fujisawa”
Hotel En is a small hotel in Fujisawa, but it offers incredibly warm and friendly service. Whenever I visit Fujisawa, I always choose this hotel.

“Very good service and facility”
Easy walk from Fujisawa station, and Enoden Fujisawa station. Very friendly staff, variety of lovely teas, hot cocoa and coffee, microwave in communal lounge, sitting area where we could use to eat meals we brought back to hotel. Rooms were a good enough size, bathroom was small but well maintained. Our son got food poisoning during our 3 days stay (by eating outside hotel food), staff were so helpful, ringing doctors clinic and arranging taxi ride. Thank you En Hotel!

“Very fulfilled during my stay in Fujisawa”
1. The location is quite convenient. It's approx 7-10mins walk to the Fujisawa station. 5 mins walk away there's a huge supermarket (OK Store, which is cheaper than your Lawson/Familymart/7-11), which is along the way to & fro Fujisawa Station. 2. Plenty of food options available around the Fujisawa station location, with quite a few big shopping malls around the huge cross junction. A must-try is the Butadon at Satonodonmina Fujisawaten, located just opposite the OK Store Supermarket. Huge portion and tasty meal. The only downside is that you need to pay in cash. But definitely worth it. 3. The Staff at En Hotel Fujisawa are very friendly and smiley. Love their hospitality.

“Good leisure hotel in Fujisawa”
The location, by the river and within ten minutes on foot from the train station. The super comfortable beds on the capsule room, the fantastic range of refreshments in the lounge and the super Japanese buffet breakfast. Staff attentive and capable. Smooth check in and self check out. Impeccably clean! Ideal base to explore Enoshima and Kamakura areas.
