Perfect location just in the center, and great for coffee lovers. Their cafe in front of the hotel is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful in general.

Spacious apartment with 2 loft areas which kids love. Washing machine and kitchen very good for long stay. On a popular thrifting street. Close to train station, malls, restaurants, donki, bus to go to Kamakura, etc

The staff helped me with working the washing machine. The room is big, excellent lighting, and a bed each (up to seven beds). Full size dining table. The free coffee was nice. It seemed clean. They received my luggage which I sent on from the previous hotel but I had to arrange to send it onwards to the next place myself (through the nearby , seven eleven store). It feels private but the coffee shop is nearby to ask any questions. Their coffee latte was the best I've had so far in Japan. Location is good enough.

Great room for 7 people (and fun for kids who like the lofts). Good location, lots of shops nearby. All very neat and clean.

Room was huge and although there were only four of us, there were beds for 7 in the room! Two beds on the floor of the unit (great for people who can’t climb a ladder to a loft) and 5 futon beds over two separate loft bedrooms. My kids LOVED the lofts! Spotlessly clean, great kitchen space, large fridge. And the cafe had the best coffee we’ve ever had in Japan and we have tried a lot of places! This was a great base to visit nearby attractions such as enoshima and Kamakura and a short train to Hakone too.

Everything was super cool, and perfect. I didn't remember that the 'room' had kitchen and there was also a washing machine. So it was a surprise but in a good way. The apartment was big, beds were comfy. We received 2 coupons for a coffee and a drink in the bar, and we also received a bag of grounded selfmade coffee, which was delicious. The hotel is about 6 mins walk from Fujisawa station. You can reach the ocean/Enoshima in about 12 mins by the monorail. Shops, restaurants around it. The area is quiet. You can travel to Kamamura too in 30 mins by train. If you are train lover, you can see some special ones at the near station.

Above expectation, very spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient location
