I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

“Probably the best value for money hotel in Japan”
An incredible hotel with amazing value for money! We couldn't believe how much we got for such a low price. Breakfast was included in the rate, and in the evening, they even provided free alcoholic cocktails that we could mix for ourselves. You can also choose from a variety of different pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. The onsen was just as good as the ones in much more expensive hotels. To top it all off, the view from our room window looked directly at Mount Fuji! I also loved the keyless entry system; the door opens with a code, so we didn't have to carry a key around with us everywhere. Highly recommended!

“Incredible stay”
What a hotel! Waking up to a view of Mt. Fuji from our bed was incredible! Staff were fabulous, room was large and clean with comfortable beds and the additional benefit of choosing our own pillows was amazing.

“Delightful”
Very friendly staff who were able to help us with everything. Very close to a 24/7 711 and a really nice charcoal Yakuniku place! Access to a public onsen that is split between men and women which was also very nice. We were also surprised to find that breakfast was included in the price which was a nice bonus. There is also laundry services available for those who need.

“Good modern facility and service, but not good if you only use public transport.”
Good Onsen onsite, good supply of sanity products, including excellent moisturisers and serum. The room is good but not spacious. Very reasonable laundry options.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even had help receiving and shipping out luggage. Room was tidy but compact. My girlfriend appreciated the desk and mirror combo to get ready. Food options very close by aswell.

A really good price for what you get. The onsen was small but cozy. The hotel staff was super responsive and helpful. We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Japan (some very expensive), but this one, which was the cheapest, was the BEST.

“A gem of a hotel.”
Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean with good onsen. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice. The room was a decent size and well thought out design. Great view of Mount Fuji. I especially liked that the room temperature was comfortable throughout our stay without needing to adjust air con. Lots of good eating places nearby. Japanese restaurant along the road and the sushi place opposite were both wonderful.
