“A perfect and serene escape”
Location was fantastic with outstanding views of Mt Fuji. Food was really tasty and there were so many varied options to choose from. Very peaceful place and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities.

A quiet and serene stay far away from the hustle and bustle. The view of mount fuji from the property was perfect. Rooms were all facing mount fuji and clean. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good with wide variety. There were some night time activities for guest like origami and simple games like uno and jenga could be borrowed. I could not ask for more and would love to visit again.

This hotel's staff is outstanding and made us feel so welcome. This hotel's location is fantastic: from waking up with Fuji view, enjoying the onsen, to a nice walk around the lake. The dinner and breakfast buffet was great.

“A lovely stay with an amazing view”
The property was lovely. It’s older, however it is full of charm. The view of Mount Fuji from my window was perfect. The buffet was extensive but very Japanese so I didn’t eat a lot on offer. There was a lot of older Japanese staying there who used the onsen frequently.

The view in the room is superb: unblocked view of Mt Fuji. We also enjoyed the amenities, they provide green tea in the lobby and the local mineral water in the room, kept cold in a jar. Very peaceful surroundings, it was a nice walk around the lake while enjoying Mt Fuji view from different angles.

Wonderful stay. Great view of FUJI mountain. Staffs are helpful n speedy. The crowd management for the bathhouse and buffet is very efficient.
