The house is in an excellent location, very close to the lake and a bicycle rental shop. There are plenty of rooms and beds, and having two bathrooms and two toilets is very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials needed for preparing simple meals. The price is reasonable and offers good value for money. I would recommend it for groups of friends or large families visiting the area for a short stay.

IIt is a very big house, and we only used the Level 1 rooms. All the amenities in the house are excellent, from the shower gel to the laundry detergent. We cooked every day because the kitchen appliances were complete and very convenient. You can walk to the street nearby to take picture of mount fuji. The location is also strategic as it is not that far for halal restaurant near the lake.

A huge property - that we had to ourselves!! It was lovely to be able to pick where we slept and the kids used upstairs as a drawing room. Great location and quiet overall. Big kitchen and has everything you need. Totally recommend!

Great location in a quiet area. Clean and spacious place for a big family. There were 3 Japanese style rooms on the 2nd floor. We loved the private car parking spot next to the house. The kitchen and the washing machine worked well. There were umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

What I really liked about this place was the homely feel to it. The room was big enough for us and we enjoyed the comfy beds. The kitchen had everything as well and had all the amenities needed. There were dehumidifiers, warmers and an AC in the kitchen and room, so we were very warm. The place was clean and we were able to enjoy the Onsen at the hotel nearby, The Royal Hotel Kawaguchiko (tattoo friendly as well) 1000 yen per person for 2 hours).

Love the bathroom/ toilet facilities. They even provide cleansing face oil and face wash.

The rooms of this property are very spacious and suitable for our family of 11 (inclusive of 6 adults, 3 teens and 2 elementary kids). In Japan, there are very limited properties with at least 2 toilets and 2 baths/showers that can conveniently and comfortably accommodate big groups like ours. For us, what we consider ideal is one toilet and one bath/shower for every 5 persons. Yoshimura ooike sense is a gem! The cleanliness is superb and the entire property is well-maintained!

Spacious, clean and near to conveine store.

The place was large enough for my kids to run about. During our stay, we had the whole house for ourself. Lawson mart was just 2 minute walk. We extended our stay just because we love the area's.

“Muslim friendly”

The place is really near to the train station. Even we use the taxi, the fare is still cheaper than using the bus. There's also convenience store and mosque nearby which is really great for tourists especially for muslim. Not to forget, you can just walk about 5 minutes to reach Kawaguchi Lake which is also have its own attraction.
