We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, with easy access and ample parking. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, Hiro went out of his way to find some sweets we were unable to find. Lovely bathroom comfortable beds.

“A perfect little villa for our family stay by Lake Kawaguchiko!”

Our family of five loved staying at this villa. The view of Mt. Fuji was spectacular from upstairs! The space was very comfortable for our family and we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and dinner one evening. The location was great, an easy drive to many fun activities. Everything was perfect and we plan on coming back again!

The location was superb. All parks can be reached by bike within 20 minutes. The owner is very friendly. Electric bikes are available for rent, which are very convenient for riding around the area. I really enjoyed staying at this villa. Although the weather wasn't great and we didn't get to see Mount Fuji, we had a great time riding around the city on electric bikes that we rented from the owner. They also gave us warm jackets because it was very cold outside. There was one mishap during the trip: I forgot my money in the city and left for Osaka. The owner was very helpful, always available, and sent the money to my hotel.

Loved everything! The manager Hiro-san and other staff on site including our driver, were the best. Everyone went above and beyond for the guests. The complimentary pick-up/drop-off to and from Kawaguchiko station was so appreciated. The cycle hire was the highlight of our last morning there.

A perfect villa, the most comfortable ever, the host was wonderful and helpful. There was also the best shower/bath you could hope for, there was a window with a view to mount Fuji We loved it very much!

“A fabulous stay in Kawaguchiko, Mt Fuji”

The villa was very large when comparing with a Tokyo hotel and was beautiful with full panoramic views of Mt Fuji. With full cooking facilities, it was a home from home. The manager Hiroyuki and I believe his parents who run the Villa were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. The complimentary transport from Kawaguchiko station was easy to arrange with Hiroyuki before arrival using the messaging service provided through the Booking.com app. As other reviewers had mentioned the driver will also offer to take you to a large supermarket to stock up if you plan to cook during your stay, we did visit the supermarket and we are glad we did. We had a great BBQ in the villa's outside seating area the first night. The BBQ is provided for a small charge by the villa, they get it all going for you, you just have to cook and enjoy! There is FamilyMart (like a 7 eleven) about 15 mins walk away if you forget anything. The villa also has electric and standard bikes for hire. There are a lot of attractions in walking distance from the villa and a regular bus service if you want to venture further.

Loved the service, set up, the family's warmth and helpfulness. The washing machine works, the room, bathrooms and the kitchen is well kept. Overall location is quiet but with a decent view of Mount Fuji. I would recommend this to my friends and family too.
