The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were simple, and it was quiet and comfortable. The view from the window was beautiful, and on a clear day you can see Mount Fuji. The location was also very convenient, with a shop right next door.

Mt Fuji view from my room π, 7 eleven right in front of the door, bikes right in front, lake access 5 mins, bus stop right in front also to Kofu very close. My room was spacious it had everything I needed. Bit strict with the checking and checkout and all self check in but nice.

Room is clean, quite and self-checkin is convenient. Easy free parking, under 1 min walking you will arrive 7-11. Can see clear Mt. Fuji in front of the house or the room window.
