This place is a true gem: warm, beautiful, and incredibly cozy. The family is absolutely charming, and their hospitality is what makes the experience unique. In addition to its warmth, the location allows you to easily rent bicycles to explore Lake Kawaguchiko and its beautiful scenery. I confirm it without a doubt: they serve the best breakfast I've had on my entire journey through Southeast Asia. Absolutely delicious and a must-try!

Quiet place, the host was accommodating, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. You need to inform them ahead of time if you have any food preference.

Whilst the owners are pleasant and helpful, this is more akin to a Hostel than an Inn. We were expected to eat in our room with no chair yet there was a large Dining Room. My wife asked if we could use and the owners did say yes. Nobody around at check in time or departure. Not in the centre of town but a food store not far away. One of our worst stays in our 5 weeks in Asia although, as I say, the owners were pleasant.

The owners were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Very fast communication. The heater worked very well and the location is excellent, near a big market. The beds are japanese style, so be aware that they can be a little hard for some people.

The two staff members are lovely, friendly, and very helpful 🥰. The accommodation features Japanese-style sleeping with futons on the floor, offering a simple and cozy atmosphere 🏯. The room is spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for relaxation 🛋️. While the bathroom is shared, it can be used privately, ensuring a good level of privacy 🚿. There is also convenient parking available for guests traveling by car 🚗.

Fantastic. Ran by a local family that goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. The whole Kawaguchiko area is stunning. Dining options within 3 min walking distance. I loved it here!!

“Nice stopover to visit Mt. Fuji”

Great hosts! Good sized room, with public sinks and toilets on each floor. We arranged for train station DO after checkout. Great views of Fuji if you walk a little.

Big rooms Basic facilities but it was all i needed I love the shared bath and its big tub Lots of toilets. No waiting time Close to the lake and some parks with cherry blossoms trees. There is also a nearby grocery. Good heating! It could get cold outside the room but inside was warm and cosy!

Staying in here was an absolute delight. The owners welcomed me like a family. They allowed me to extend even tho i didn't book in advance and they even drove me to the station. Their english is very good so i had wonderful conversations with them. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is very close to the lake. Everything was perfect and I'd definitely come back here again if im in mount fuji.

The manager was really friendly and talkative ! The hotel is quite spacious : the room as well as the shared space downstairs. The shared bathroom is also convenient and well managed. I was able to left my bicycle in front of the hotel so that was really nice.

It was a family run business, the inn was very clean and smells good. It is a traditional japanese home with shared bathrooms but they are well maintained and cleaned all the time so you don’t have to worry. The rooms are big enough with a small terrace and hanger for your laundry. Tatami mats and blankets were comfortable, it was quiet neighborhood and I was surprised that the soundproofing is quite good. The location was close to the bus stations, a lot of restaurants nearby and a Family Mart., you can also walk 15 minutes to Kawaguchi station. The hosts were very friendly and nice. Overall it was a very good stay for us.
