Good location to enjoy Lake Motosu and greenery around the hotel. Hotel staff were helpful.

Food is ok, even it is not excellent

The hotel location is far from the station. They have pre-arranged shuttle services during check-in and check-out. The local bus stop is quite a walking distance away. There is a lake close by that one can enjoy the sunset. other than that, nothing pretty much nearby. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and spread is quite decent. recommended for those who drives. Not convenient to travel out for those not driving. But you get a decent view of mount fuji on clear days.

FOOD: wide variety for dinner, tho it has to be scheduled. probably because there were big groups that time but it was organized. and the view from the dining area! ROOM: it was big and bed & tatami was comfy. LOCATION: Made us go to the pink moss first thing in the morning FACILITIES: Got to do Karaoke, onsen, ample parking spaces

“A good hotel in general”

Hotel close to Lake Motosuko. Breakfast is fine but better to have more choices. Same for dinner buffet. Standard Japanese room, which is good. Game room has snooker table but only 1 and always occupied at evening. Can play table tennis instead. Compliments to their free soft drinks there. Onsen is clean and well organized. Free bicycle to rent till 6pm.

Incredible buffet breakfast and dinner with smorgasbord of options but very busy with several tour busses. Short drive / cycle around lake. Some of best photos of mt Fuji across the lake. Able to see the top of Fuji from the dining room. Good onsen. Nice surrounding forest and short walk to lake. 30 mins drive to Kawaguchiko (most famous lake) however found best photos were just a short 5 mins drive around the lake!! Overall good location and would be fantastic without so many other people.

The room was clean and not very large, but it was perfectly adequate for all essential needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although the night shift staff didn’t speak English very well, they really made an effort to overcome the language barrier and understand what I needed. They were even kind enough to come up to my room to assist me when I said I would come down later but hadn’t shown up for a while. The onsen was absolutely wonderful, with both an indoor and an outdoor bath—and it was free, which made it even better. I honestly wished I could have stayed longer just to enjoy it more. The food was decent—not outstanding, but not bad either. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Very nice outdoor onzen, the amenities was great free flow drinks, soft drinks. Dinner Buffett was good for the price.

Onsen facility is very good. I particularly like the game room which equipped with many amenities like Ping Pong balls, Snooker, darts games, child playground and mini-bar.

Excellent breakfast, facilities, and in-house onsen. Room was large, tidy, and extremely clean. Affordable when we stayed too!

“Great hotel with thermal baths beautifully located by the lake”

Great hotel located beautifully in the Forrest by a lake. Wonderful thermal bath and nice kimonos to use within the hotel. We had both breakfast and dinner included and the buffets offered a large variety of delicious food. We borrowed electrical bikes which was a great way to get around.
