Wow! One word perfectly sums up our stay at Mizno Hotel: magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the elegance of the hotel and the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The views were simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to a direct view of Mount Fuji from our bed felt like Christmas morning. It honestly never got old. Even our shower overlooked Mount Fuji, creating one of the most unique and memorable experiences we've ever had. Watching the mountain while showering or relaxing in our room felt almost surreal. One of the highlights was the tattoo-friendly onsen. The facilities were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful views of both Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. I found myself returning to the onsen multiple times because I simply couldn't get enough of the peaceful atmosphere. The onsen area featured excellent amenities, private powder rooms for freshening up afterwards, and was maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The hotel itself was filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. We loved the elegant jazz bar and restaurant, which added to the sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary milk ice cream after a relaxing soak was a wonderful treat, and the free electric bikes were fantastic. We spent hours riding through the village, taking in the scenery and experiencing the slower pace of life around Mount Fuji. The amenities throughout the hotel were outstanding. The shampoo and conditioner were genuinely some of the best we have ever used—our hair and skin have never felt so soft and healthy! It's rare to be so impressed by hotel toiletries, but these were exceptional.

The most incredible room of Mount Fuji from our room. Rooms were extremely spacious. The room itself was more traditional than modern. The staff were so incredibly friendly and could not do enough for us. This is the hotel where I got engaged, so will always be a special place to me.

Amazing views! The food was great and the staff went above and beyond when I sprained my ankle on a walk. My husband was driven to the pharmacy and helped to navigate the selection by a member of staff who spoke excellent English. The whole experience there was first class from beginning to end.

Lovely staff, beautifully clean and quirky design. We had a traditional room with futon beds which we loved. Ebikes available to use was a bonus! The views of Mount Fuji and the Onsen was unreal. Private spa with view would be insanely beautiful on a clear day. We loved our stay and will return again.
