We stayed for 2-nights in a Triple Room with Mt. Fuji View with dinner and breakfast included. We liked that my son's sleeping space was separated from our sleeping/living space. We were very lucky with our view. Being able to draw the curtains to an epic Mt. Our stay at La Vista was truly memorable and one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We stayed in the spacious Family Room with two bedrooms and a private terrace that offered breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. Waking up to such a magnificent sight every morning was an unforgettable experience. One of the most special features of our room was the heart-shaped bathtub. Enjoying a relaxing soak with the provided lavender bath salts while gazing at Mt. Fuji created a wonderfully romantic and serene atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The complimentary drinks offered by the hotel were a lovely touch and made us feel especially welcomed. The staff were consistently courteous, warm, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality greatly enhanced our overall experience. The onsen facilities were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged, providing the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is also ideal, with Kawaguchiko Lake another end was just a short and pleasant walk . An added advantage was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station, which made traveling incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Overall, La Vista exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stunning Mt. Fuji views and relaxing onsen to the exceptional service and convenient location, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kawaguchiko area.

“Nice bath and view but not worth the price”

The place was gorgeous, both the hotel and room as well as the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Despite the remote location, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. The bathtub on the balcony was amazing and I was lucky enough to have mine have a view on Mt Fuji (unfortunately it was cloudy the entire time I was there so I did see it at all). Breakfast was the most diverse I had seen in Japan.

I loved that they put on snacks at 6pm and you can have ramen after10.30 if you wished and you could have all the free hot drinks and ice blocks you wanted, the staff were so friendly and the view from that hotel was amazing!!!

Exceptional experience, the facilities were above and beyond our expectations, with private onsens for tattoo’d brits like myself, so we can still enjoy the experience. The view of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, it could not be more perfectly situated. Lots of food and drink services included in our stay meant it really felt like an exclusive stay.
