“Superb. We could not ask for more.”

Warm welcome and clear explanation. Well designed house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. We stayed 3 nights and hope to come back for more. Super comfortable stay for our group of 8 people with 2 cars, the bedrooms could fit up to 13 people easily. Spacious parking, fully equipped kitchen, functional washing machine and dryer, we felt at home. Asama Shrine nearby is very peaceful and spiritually uplifting.

Loved that there was so much thought put into the design of the house. There are three showers and four toilets that was perfect for our large group of twelve. Loved that the toilets were labeled for separate use for male and female!

Fantastic Stay for Big Groups! We had an amazing time at this beautiful home, perfect for large groups of friends and families. The spacious layout features 4 well-designed rooms and 3 showering rooms, making it incredibly comfortable for our needs. Our host was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful, especially during check-in. (I overlooked on informing our late arrival, got a bit panic, but the host was contactable and came within 5mins!) The kitchen was fully equipped with essentials. A fun surprise was the in-house vending machine - which caters to our cravings for sodas and coffee. The rooms were clean and cozy. We highly recommend this fantastic home to anyone seeking a spacious, well-appointed, and welcoming space. Thank you to our wonderful host for an unforgettable stay!

We absolutely love Koko Villa! The host Seiji San is just wonderful and so helpful and accommodating! The house is in a great location with a large parking area for bigger families or groups of people. We love the comfy beds, and the house is always amazingly clean! There are 4 bathrooms and 3 showers which also make it great for groups of people. We have stayed here 3 times and can't wait for our next stay! Thank you!

This is our 2nd time staying at Koko and we absolutely love this property. The location is great, the house is perfect with 3 showers and 4 toilets. It’s perfect for a group of family and friends. There is a huge parking area that can fit 4 cars or so. The hosts are absolutely amazing, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. We love this property and have already booked our next stay!

We loved the place! It was beautiful, cozy and homey, our parents loved it! Plenty of bed spaces, suitable for a big family. Everything you need are already provided. The view of Mt. Fuji is spectacular! Iwase-san was very helpful, we needed a wheelchair as one of us unfortunately had gout attack, we couldn’t find any that we could rent, however, Iwase-san was able to borrow one for us! He is God-sent!

We loved everything about this villa! The host had great communication and answered all of our questions. The villa was perfect for several families since there were 5 bedrooms, 4 toilets and 3 showers. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the entire villa.
