Very clean, excellent & friendly service staff. There’s floor heating system at level 1. Air conditioner with heating at level 2. You can see Fuji from Windows of house.

“Great villa, nice ice cream”

Stayed in the 2 bedroom villa (Alpaca room). Room was clean by Singaporean standards. The free ice cream provided at the front office were all really nice ice cream like from Chateraise and not cheap Walls kind of crap. The car can be parked directly outside the villa. Utensils provided and condiments can be taken from the front office for free. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers that can be used for 150 yen each. The front office operates from 830am to 10am and from 3pm to 830pm so the last time for a cycle of wash and dry is at 7pm. Staff were really friendly and polite. You can also request to BBQ for 4000 yen.

Nice peaceful place. But it is way out of places of interest. Fortunately supermarket is nearby. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The location is quiet and pleasant, yet very close to supermarkets and excellent restaurants – an ideal spot. The villa was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was simply wonderful – kind, responsive, patient, and helped us with any question or request quickly and graciously. He truly made our stay so pleasant and smooth. Highly recommended.

Property was located close to the town. It had good facilities. I left an earring behind and the owner very kindly searched the property and found it and mailed it back to me back in Singapore!

The place was cozy and quaint. It had a very peaceful Scandinavian decor about it. Very well stocked resort. We could cook all our meals there. In fact, we even rented bbq set with all the tools you need for charcoal bbq.

“Excellent property near Lake Kawaguchiko”

The property is exceptional. It is good for a family of 4-5 people, or a group of friends. The property comes with a big living room and functional kitchen on the ground floor with 2 toilets, and the 2 bedrooms and a shower area (along with an open-air hot bath) upstairs. The floor beds were comfortable. The hosts were excellent and also provided a lot of useful information to us. They provide free ice cream at the reception counter and also sell rice for an inexpensive price if you are cooking. They let us do early check-in without a fee and dropped us off at Kawaguchiko bus station on the day of departure. Overall, our stay here was excellent and we can't recommend this property enough! If you have a car to roam around Mt Fuji, this stay would be perfect for you.

The entire place was spacious and extremely clean. Ogawa- San and his assistant were very helpful and hospitable. Although communication was a challenge, everything worked out well with the translate app. We were particularly impressed and appreciative of Ogawa-San, who took the initiative to walk us to our dinner place in the dark and cold during our first night there. The washer, dryer and free condiments and ice cream and the view of Mt. Fuji (Giraffe apartment) also made our stay a whole lot sweeter!

The house is very cute and cozy. There is a fully functional kitchen with big dinning table for two families. The host is very nice and there are free ice creams too.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy little house near Mount Fuji. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Everything was impeccably clean and well-organized, making us feel right at home. The house is cozy, fully equipped, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Special mention for the hot bath — it was an absolute treat to relax in after a busy day. Although you can’t see Mount Fuji directly from the house, it’s in a great location to easily explore the area. Everything was simply perfect! Thank you to the hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!
