Situated right in front of Lake Kawaguchi, Kawaguchiko Hotel offers accommodations with classic modern decors in a historic building. Guests can relax in the public bath. Kawaguchiko Train Station is a 15-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available in some rooms. The air-conditioned rooms feature a seating area, a TV and a fridge. It was fantastic, staff were lovely and attentive.location amazing, view from onsen and lookout in the hotel were unique and beautiful. Shuttle from bus station was great, took it both ways, the free pool and older part if the hotel which used to be a castle.cheap laundry

Cute hotel, near Kawaguchiko station, staff was super helpful, a little run down rooms perhaps but it was a nice vibe and charm. Love the onsen and the observatory desk.

Very lovely traditional rooms. Cinema and pool room. You can relax in the dedicated spawith a view on the near lake (men side) or on the mount Fuji (women side). the hotel also has a 360 view on the surrounding, where you can easily see mount Fuji. The staff is very professional and kind too. they speak a good english. The manager also booked us the bus tickets we needed for the day after.

The Onsen is absolutely incredible as is the view. Staff are so helpful and friendly. I also like that's it's sort of dated.

“A traditional hotel, in a beautiful setting. We had a clear view of Mount Fuji from the hotel”
The hotel is an exceptional area. We had the twin room, Japanese style that over looked the lake. It was very peaceful. The staff are exceptionally helpful. We had a problem with our onward travel and the Manager in reception, went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was exceptional, as were the waitresses who were charming and helpful.

The Ryokan is very clean, it has rooms and onsen with views to Mount Fuji and Kawaguchi lake. Delicious breakfast! Very friendly staff. Possibly to do water sports like kayaking within walking distance. Train station 15 minutes walk. The property also has a shuttle service to and from the station.

We stayed at the Cottage, beautiful and very comfortable space, with views to Mt. Fuji from the dinning room! And the Onsen was fantastic. Would definetely recommend.
