“Great room and view and staff”
Very comfortable bed and room. The view of Mt Fuji was good when we got a glimpse through the clouds on our 1st day. It would have been spectacular had it been a clear day. The location was a little way from the station, there was a shuttle bus but the times were strict & there were a few rules. Next time we'd consider hiring a car so that we could get ourselves around explore the area.

Second time staying at this lovely hotel. Cannot fault it - beautiful views of Mt Fuji, rooms are massive and very comfortable. Staff are so, so lovely. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and an easy walk to the station, lake and Fuji-Q amusement park. Would absolutely return to stay again.

“Great place to stay for amazing Mt Fuji Views”
Great customer service, easy check ina nd check out. Big room and comfortable bed. Amazing view of Mount Fuji from the balcony, onsen and sauna available at hotel. Restaurants, shops and convenience stores within 10 mins walk and to train station. Definitely recommend if you want the perfect view of Mt fuji from hotel.

Gorgeous view of Fuji from our room. Large room with a sitting area, dining area and separate bedroom. Bath house using natural hot springs was lovely. Breakfast buffet included in the plan was very enjoyable.

“Comforting, relaxing and calming”
The hotel prepares free shuttle service. Shuttle service from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel can be arranged upon phone call, which can be made via public payphone at the station, whereas shuttle service from hotel to the station upon checking out can be made via reservation (shuttle van brings a maximum of 8 people) and is available every 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet is served with a variety of food choice with unique Japanese identity, under a comfortable and calming ambient. The room is classical type of hotel room. The room has a spacious balcony with Mount Fuji view without much blockage. A room for 4 has 4 queen beds, which makes the rest even more comfortable. The hotel is also equipped with free public hot water bath and sauna facilities, good for beginners to experience and enjoy the relaxing effect.

Amazing location. The Mount Fuji was totally visible from the room we got. In addition to this, the room was spotless and comfortable. Another point that stood out is the shuttle bus to the Kawaguchiko Station, really handy and convenient.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. It’s a bit further away from the train station but the hotel offers free shuttle bus service (need to call them when arrive, or book it at the counter

“We had a happy time there.”
The view and room are excellent. Breakfast is very good, except bread which I think it could be better. In my opinion, if the room rate could be a little lower, it'd be superb.
