“Good location with friendly staff.”
Nice hotel in a good location with friendly staff. Although we arrived much earlier than check-in time, we were still able to register in advance and leave our luggage. It was a great touch to find our bags already in our room when we returned later. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was fantastic -- loads of options, delicious and good price. Onsen was great -- includes sauna, hot spring, cold water pool, and shower. Clean bathroom and comfy bed.

Stunning Mount Fuji View: The absolute highlight of this hotel is the clear, unobstructed view of Mount Fuji right from your window. Photography Tip: For those using a full-frame camera, a 50mm focal length is the sweet spot for capturing the mountain’s perfect scale from the room. Room & Workspace: The room is a comfortable size and thoughtfully includes a dedicated work desk, which is a rare and welcome feature. Comprehensive Onsen Facilities: I was very impressed with the spa area, which includes a hot indoor bath, a refreshing outdoor bath (rotenburo), and a cold plunge. The addition of massage chairs was the perfect way to unwind. Service & Accessibility: The staff are incredibly polite and professional. Additionally, having on-site private parking made the stay very convenient for those traveling by car.

“Spacious and scenic view”
The room is spacious with extra chairs and coffee table too. You can see the mount Fuji outside the window depending which room you got. Need to get taxi from nearest station.

“Exceptional value for a short layover.”
Super fast check-in under 3 minutes. Great view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel. Many restaurants and amenities nearby. Location was strategic. The room rates were very affordable. The room was relatively spacious compared to hotels in Tokyo.

“Epic views, but not the most comfortable of stays”
The view from the Mountain View double room was jaw dropping. Just a panoramic, uninterrupted, epic view of Mt Fuji.
