Everything was so thoughtfully designed to create an amazing guest experience—beautiful infrastructure, lots of amenities in the room, and great heating, which really mattered in the cold. The common areas, like the campfire and dining space, were super cozy too. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always doing their best, and even gave us a lovely souvenir when we left."

The operators were extremely helpful and accomodating. They were open to our requests and went out of there way to ensure we were able to have the best experience possible. The price for items at the property is fairly priced and not overly expensive.

I loved the uniqueness of staying in a glamping dome accomodation right next to Mt Fuji, and only a 20min walk into town.

Good place, very peaceful. beautiful accommodation. Staff are very nice and very good take care us but they can speak English a little bit. However they have translation machine.

-It was clean and comfortable. Beautiful camp site and environment. -Friendly staffs, their english was not very good but they used the translation machine to communicate with us. -The nearest big supermarket(Max value) and some restaurants just need to drive 10-15mins. -You could buy more food for BBQ from supermarket even you have booked camp site BBQ meal.
