Went way and beyond with their service. On my daughter’s request, had the room decorated beautifully for my husband’s birthday when we arrived. Perfect location, beautiful direct view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

“Perfect Mt Fuji getaway”
Incredible views of Mt Fuji (weather permitting), both from the room we booked as well as the rooftop. We were able to have our breakfast on the rooftop, but only with the sandwich option. This was fine for us, as the view was more important to us! The hotel is a bit further away from the station, making it a bit quieter. We took some fantastic photos of Mt Fuji walking from the hotel towards town! We only stayed one night and got very lucky with the weather. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent view of mount Fuji. The hotel would drop and collect us from the restaurant that they were affiliated with. Also, a nice breakfast was included!

“The ultimate rooftop sunrise.”
The rooftop was amazing! Be there at sunrise and you will be mesmerised by Mount Fuji. The room that I booked was very big and the mattress was comfortable.

“Fantastic mountain view room - highly recommend it.”
We had a mountain view room & would highly recommend you pay a little extra for that as we were looking directly at the mountain & it was magnificent. Spacious room & a beautiful breakfast which was included.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean and well maintained, on the roof there is a place to look at Mount Fuji, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. It was also really easy to rent a bike at the hotel. And the rooms were a bit noisy. My neighbor was a bit loud, but nothing I would complain about to the staff.

The view of Mt Fuji from the deck of the hotel of was stunning. The room was also a really good size for Japanese hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
