It seemed that everything had been thought of. At this time of the year the rose gardens were out in full and the fragrance intoxicating. The villa was very roomy, and included a microwave for food bought from a convenience store or from the great little selection in the vending machine. There was a comfortable lounge and an outdoor area, which we were not able to appreciate fully as we only stayed one night on site. The stone bath was luxurious. The property is in a very quiet residential area with neighbouring vege gardens around and only about a 7-10 minutes walk from the Station.

“One of the most beautifull places we've ever been to!”

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in Japan! Perfect location, just couple minutes by foot from the station. The rooms are huge, clean and comfy, with incredible traditional vibe, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! The area surrounding the rooms is also very pretty, with lots of flowers and a special viewpoint for Mt Fuji :) in the afternoon & evening you can help yourself with some drinks at the reception. We also ordered the traditional breakfast bento, and it was beautifully done :) We couldn't recommend this place more! We'll definitely come back :)

This place is perfect: just 5 min away from Fujikawaguchiko station, rooms are big and comfortable with free drinks and a very nice bath, the garden is beautiful. But the best thing this hotel has is their own Mt Fuji viewpoint, you dont need to go out to have a perfect place to take pictures and to enjoy the view.

Very clean, new, well located and with large spaces. Very good value if you can get a deal on your stay.

- Great location, approximately 5-10mins walk from Kawaguchiko station. - Has a viewpoint of Mt Fuji with beautiful, well maintained gardens. Unexpected highlight of our trip was taking photos around the villa grounds with the colorful yukatas provided (free subjected to availability). - Spacious room with a small garden. Peaceful atmosphere. Bed and futon option available. - Communal coin washer and dryer available. - Staff were nice and some spoke English. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out on the day. Would recommend. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and just like the photos. The individual garden areas were lovely and we had a nice view of Fuji San. I enjoyed the stone bath.The “western breakfast “ was Interesting and large and beautifully presented but my preference would be to avoid both broccoli and carrots for breakfast- the eggs dishes and sandwiches were good. This is a lovely place to spend a few days

The Japanese breakfast was excellent! It may be the best that I have had on my trip. Plus they drop It off at your doorstep in a wonderful picnic basket. On time.

This was a beautiful resort like accomodation that was generously spacious & well serviced.

Property was in a quiet location less than 10 mins away by foot from the train and bus station. The view of Mt Fuji from the viewing platform in the hotel was spectacular! Staff service was good and breakfast was simply delicious. We love that the room was clean and big with an onsen in it. We had a fantastic stay here and would come again.

“Amazing stay, one of the best places to stay near Fuji Kawaguchiko station”

The stay location is great and very close to the Mt Fuji. The bath is huge and comfortable. The rooms are also very spacious and we have a tatami area if you want to try Japanese style futon for sleeping. The garden adds a good touch. We made sure we came back to the room in evening to enjoy a good coffee in the garden with the view of Mt Fuji. There are wires in between the view but not major issue. Its fine, they have mentioned that in their descritption.

Spectacular, sweet and wholesome accomodation. This place felt special and the attention to detail was lovely. Excellent location, spacious, clean and amazing view. We loved this stay so much. We wished we booked another night!
