“Magical”
This stay is just a full magical experience! From mountain views to the coziness inside, everything takes you in and puts you right in holiday mode. It was simply amazing! The facilities are great, clean and easy to access, and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

“Great place shame about the construction work”
Location was good and the view of the mountain was beautiful - tent/pod was very comfortable and the toilet facilities were first class. Such a pity about the construction work and noise which completely destroyed all the peace that was expected and paid for.

“Add this to your bucket list!!!”
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Such a super cool experience ✨ The view of mt Fuji was spectacular 🗻 We went in winter and were super cozy. Super helpful guy who helped us with check in, we also had our own shower and toilet in the shower block which was nice! Totally recommend!!!! Would stay again xxx

We weren’t made aware that paying for a BBQ for $170 AUD was a small plate of food and only for one night, also the amount of money we paid to stay we had to pay an extra $25 to use the fire pit. Place was very outdated for amount of money paid.

“Be forewarned. Book another glamping site instead”
The receptionist was very rude and threatening by refusing to allow us to check but extorted a surcharge of JPY22,000 for an extra person,despite booking three rooms for six persons. On booking website, there is no price difference for one or two persons There are many glamping resorts so I strongly discourage guests to choose this resort especially for foreigners as they do not speak English at all and very aggressive and threatening
