Excellent staff and service, spacious room, soft beds, quiet location, and comfortable sleep. Bicycles are available for rent in the parking lot.

“Perfect stay with Fuji view...”
Onsen was superb... room was superb with Fuji view... Location is in the forest...we had car; so we were OK; but without car, I don't know...

The hotel room and staff were great, but there were so many Chinese tourists staying there. They were speaking really loud and disturbing other guests 😅

The mount duji view from the hotel room after getting upgraded to corner room was breathtaking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in ordering taxis. The hotel room was big and I slept great there. There is a lovely garden outside. There is onsen on site but I didn't use it.
