Easy contactless check-in and check out. Property was exceptionally clean. We had all the necessary amenities and appliances, even extra blankets as April nights can still be a bit chilly. Location is great since you’re close to trains/buses and the lake is just 30 min walk. Some great cafes and convenience stores are also at your closest.

Perfect location, very continent if you arrive by public transport, right next to the station but not that noisy. The room was ready for us early which we really appreciated and the host was very nice to communicate with and helpful. View from the apartment was nice as you can see Mount Fuji from the window.

Premium location very close to the train station with Mt Fuji clearly visible from the window in the room, which was as advertised, but the window was a smaller high up one and not a normal one one would imagine. It felt very safe. We really appreciated the closeness to the train station as it started snowing when we arrived and we were freezing, so luckily it took only 2 minutes to find the place and get warm.

All about it i love!! The room is spacious & we can see a clear mt fuji view from our room. Has microwave, electric water kettle, portable cooker & extra heater for us to stay warm. Excellent service by the owner as well! Fast response & also procide us a rice cooker as requested. Thank youuu!

This property is beside the Kawaguchiko Train Station and it is near to Lawson (2 - 3 minutes walk), where you can take picture early in the morning with mount Fuji as a background. Picture of Mount Fuji can also be taken just outside the property and at Kawaguchiko Station. This property is a 2 storey property. Room no 101 and no 102 were located at the ground floor. Room no 201 and 202 were at the 1st floor. On the each floor, the was one washing machine, located at the corridor (outside the room). So, 2 rooms on the each floor will share this washing machine. If you come here with a car, the property will provide a car park and you need to inform this to the property. The property will guide you on how to park it. Don't worry it just nearby and you're not going to pay extra for it.

Location of stat. About 80m from kawaguchiko station. No need to take luggage very far. Can keep luggage in the hotel, so no need to pay for luggage lockers.

Room and bed was bit small for 2 people but overall, it was worth what we paid for.
