Very kind staff. They lent me a bike for free.

The hospitality here was incredibly warm and polite. I was able to borrow a bicycle as promised, and a complimentary bottle of water and cup ramen were waiting for me in the room! It was so relaxing to come here and unwind between visiting the big cities.

we really enjoyed our stay, the room had a lot of lovely details like free snacks and water every day, we also could use bicycles for free which was really cool to explore the area! We can highly recommend bluebird hotel!

“Wonderful and I’d choose to go again”

The welcome was exceptional, each day fresh water and clean towels. The rooms were so clean and shower was great. The proprietor was more than helpful, getting us taxis , enjoyed his company.

Thank you for your hospitality The property is 5' taxi, 25' walk from the station We could see mnt Fuji from the room The room had all amenities we needed plus more And even a washing machine and rental bicycles which was amazing The beds were very comfy and the room was quite spacious, more than any other room we stayed at in Japan There are convenience stores 3mins from the rooms The host was lovely and even went out of his way to help us on the last day when we couldn't find a taxi, and we are grateful Taxis are rare in tourist reason and no app worked there

“Mt. Fuji views from the room”

Very spacious to Japanese standards, well equipped, stores are close, host was friendly, free bike rental. Our room even had a window looking at Mt. Fuji which was awesome!

Super comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, view of Mt Fuji from the room. Staff were very friendly, towels changed every day and free water, cup noodles and toiletries. Quite a large manga collection if you can read Japanese Literally no complaints, if they weren't fully booked I'd have stayed longer

Good location near restaurants, convenience stores, and bus stops. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. The fancy bathtub was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring around Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended.

Yes it’s was really pretty

The location was perfect, we were able to visit the city. Plus we were lucky as we were able to have a wonderful vieux on Mont Fuji. The neighborhood is really calm and there was plenty of shops nearby which was really nice! We mostly appreciated the availability of the host and they made sure everything was going well and they really facilitate our stay ! Thank you and if we get the chance to come back to Japan one day we will not hesitate to book your accommodation again !

The owner was really friendly and generous that he waited for us for late check in. The property also located in a good location where Fuji can be seen clearly just next to the hotel entrance. Thank you to the owner for preparing lovely gifts for my kids! ☺️

“Comfortable place for Fuji / Kawaguchiko stay”

I've stayed here three or four times for various events in the area. It's comfortable, close to restaurants, drug stores and supermarkets.
