“amazing staff and views of fuji”
Great location and extremely helpful staff. Honestly, my experience was excellent. They gave me great directions for sightseeing and explained everything clearly. The room was a good size with an amazing view. Definitely worth it 100%. It’s a short walk from the station, and taxis are easy to take anywhere. Highly recommend — I’d love to go back.

Fantastic view of Fuji from the room. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the station in the morning and afternoon was great.

“Great value and loved the onsen”
The facilities were great. Nice room and specially liked the free onsen. They provide credits for a few free drinks, pijamas and all toiletries. Very clean and great great breakfast options

Extremely helpful front desk staff who gave suggestions regarding the tour we made, and the logistics he helped organize for given the fact that we did not have a vehicle. I did not get his name. He was the one who checked us in.

“A good choice for a stopover in Fuji City”

Great location! Very close to Shin Fuji train station and Shinkansen. Nice buffet breakfast which kept the kids happy 😃 Free shuttle bus to train station is a real bonus! Only 5 minute walk but it was raining ☔️ Staff are very friendly 🥰 and bend over backwards to help
