“For the price point - excellent value. Don't expect the Ritz on cracker money.”
So this was a last minute, same day booking to accomodate some last minute travel plans change and to fit into our train schedule. It was therefore an excellent location (on the doorstep of the train station). It was also safe - or at least felt so and the building (which I will comment under what I didn't like) was kept up to a decent standard!

We loved how conveniently near it is from the station. Although you might need to walk more or take the bus to go around and find good places to eat but nonetheless very quiet neighborhood.
