Absolutely love Fuji, and for the price, the rooms are ridiculously good. Generous space, clean, comfortable, and a great view of the surrounds. Extremely easy to find, staff are excellent and can accomodate most requests, and lots of little shops/adventures located within extremely achievable walking distance.

“Solid budget option if you are driving”

A solid budget option in Fuji, but you will need a car to do anything. Handy restaurants right outside and convenient for the lovely central park, but far from the main streets if you want to shop.

The hotel is not close to the rail station but an easy taxi ride. There are food options within walking distance. The room and bed were great. The check-in was easy.

Nice staff and good location. Plenty free parking spots behind the hotel.

Unfortunately, public transportation in the hotel’s area is very limited, so it’s mainly suitable for people with a car.

The place was very solid for the price I paid and the staff were friendly. For a quick stay over hotel, it's good. The beds were pretty comfy and the room was pleasant, if a bit small. It's worth the price if you're not paying too much.

but far from everywhere but for the price it’s good! close to the bus stop going to the other side of fuji which is helpful and the staff are nice :)

The view. From our floor the window to the elevator overlooked Fuji which was an impressive view. The location is great cause there are plenty of food options, an arcade that is so much fun, and so on.

Staff are friendly and helpful some spoke English very well, and those that could not were still super helpful and we managed with Google translate etc. room was clean and comfortable, there was a little noise from the road - but then I found out that was because I had opened the window and not shut it properly so my mistake. From the hotel you have a good view of Mount Fuji (if there is no cloud cover). The property is well situated to travel around if you have a car, right on a main road and next to to a petrol station, great for filling the hire car before returning it. There was also a coin laundry only a few blocks away.

Breakfast was included and there were some choices I was able to eat.

All staff were very nice and assisted where needed. The room was the most spacious out of all rooms we booked during this trip Essy access to all main points.

Very nice hotel! The staff was amazingly nice and were quick to help with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was nice. Very yummy ramen next to the hotel as well.

Good location if you are going to do day trips up to Mount Fuji or onsens, there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and it’s a 10min taxi from shin Fuji station. Nice for a night or two
