Stayed for 2 nights - Exceptional service from Khalid. He was very welcoming and great customer service. We later encountered a very unprofessional lady staff at the reception on our last day and the only person who came to neutralise the situation was the security on duty who was more professional than the lady.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

“Cheap place to stay in Fujairah”
The hotel is nice. The room could be cleaner and it has limited facility to prepare meals. It has parking in front of hotel which is great. Staff is really polite and friendly. Supermarket is nearby. The price was good value.
