Nothing to like. Avoid booking this hotel if you can. Stayed at this place 3 years back and standards have dropped drastically. Had to cancel next day's booking due to overall poor standard.

“Absolute Nightmare – Bedbugs and Filth Everywhere”

Our stay on March 1, 2026 at Time Moonstone Hotel Apartment, booked through Booking.com, was an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, stained, and clearly neither vacuumed nor mopped. The towels were grey and looked used and unhygienic. The overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. The worst part, however, was discovering bedbugs on the sheets and mattress. We could visibly see them crawling on the bed. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. No hotel should be operating under such conditions. We immediately reported the issue to the reception, but no responsibility was taken and no proper solution was offered. Instead, we were simply told to request a refund through Booking.com. Due to the severe hygiene issues, we had no choice but to leave the apartment immediately and find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. This caused us significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. Considering the amount we paid, this experience was entirely unacceptable. This has been by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

We got a free upgrade and this was really nice. It was clean and a huge place for such a good price. It was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen! The staff were great and friendly. The check in and out was easy.

The living room was spacious and Kitchen was amazing. Good part it has two bathroom.

Breakfast should have label of the food. Being a vegetarian it was tough to know if the items contained meat or not. When asked the staff he said maybe veg. Maybe ?

Apartment was a good size. It had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Breakfast was fine, not amazing, but passable. It was very quiet and we heard minimal noise, even though we were right next to the airport. Otherwise also located well, next to Lulu Mall and near the Sheikh Zayed Masjid.

“Perfect family stay in Fujairah”

The size of the apartment, location just next the mall, the beautiful huge masjid just side of the hotel and the view of mountains. The staff of House keeping Hasan was very helpful 👌

The location and the price also the size if rooms

Everything was perfect in the apartment and the cleaners (Sujita jamuna and Hassan) where amazing .I wished that I stayed for one more night.
