“A great apartment for a family stay”
It is a great apartment for the family. Two bedrooms, maid room and a big living room. Beach, pools - all nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. It was a nice New Year Holidays at this place.

“The stay was very disappointing due to misleading listing and poor service”
First of all, I was very surprised to find out that this was not the Address Beach Residence Fujairah hotel, as I had initially believed when booking. I assumed it was an official Address Hotel property, but only upon arrival did I realize that these are privately owned apartments, not operated by the hotel itself. On the Booking.com listing, the photos displayed are of the Address Hotel, and not the actual residential tower. This is clearly misleading information, and I felt trapped by this lack of transparency. When I arrived at the reception, I was informed that I could use the hotel facilities, but to access the swimming pool or beach I would have to take towels from the apartment. After using the beach, I requested the room boy to provide fresh towels and collect the used ones. He said he would check with the property owner, but never returned. As a result, we had to use the same wet, salty towels for the entire day. The next morning, because of this unpleasant experience, we didn’t even go to the pool and checked out early at 11:00 AM. I strongly request Booking.com to ensure property listings are accurate and transparent: Show actual photos of the apartment instead of the hotel. Clearly mention if the units are privately owned and not operated by Address Hotels. This will help avoid misleading customers in the future.

“Very clean and spacious room with beautiful décor and amazing sea views – a perfect stay”
The room at The Address Fujairah Hotel Apartment was amazing – very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the big windows gave stunning views of the sea and mountains. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom felt modern and fresh. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my stay.
