“A disappointing stay with missing amenities and poor maintenance.”
I booked a 2-bedroom suite that was supposed to include a kitchen, as shown during the booking, but there was none. There was no refrigerator either, despite it being listed in the facilities. The washroom was in poor condition, both the bathtub was broken, and the bidet had no water supply with broken tap.
