The shower water pressure was very low and temperature too low. The interior was not 3 star worthy.

The wonderful lady at the property came and helped us check in and throughout our stay checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Truly was the best stay we have had and although it’s a bit out of the way with the bus it is so easy to get to all the main areas. Thanks to its location you are surrounded by beautiful mountains in a quiet area and a convenience store just around the corner for all your necessities. Would come back again!!

Great spot located on top of a hill with a great view. Easy check in and really large units with parking. Awesome spot to stay.

Great little hotel in a convenient location, ideal for a good rest after exploring the Fuji Lakes. The place had a lovely vibe, and the room was huge, with very comfortable beds, great shower, complimentary snacks, etc. Not expensive either. Would recommend 100%.

“Fabulous Mt Fuji homestay”

1. A friendly old aunty was very helpful although she can't understand English. Assisted to help room key for 10mins. 2. Happy and grelateful with welcome titibits. 3. Many cloth hangers in the room, thank you. 4. Ear plugs also provided so I can sleep well even with my husband big snores. Great for my mum when showering she can't let water enter her ears. 5. Few bottles of facial products provided. 6. Coffee, tea, creamer and sugar are provided, inclusive disposable forks and spoons. 7. Free private parking dedicated in front of the unit. Landed house. Ground floor, easy to load and unload luggage. 8. Nice hillview scenery. 9. Self check in is easy and safe. 10. Check out 1pm, this is the latest I have so far. 11. Room nicely decorated. 12. Heated bed, so happy and grateful for it. 13. Double layer toilet paper. One and only toilet I hv this so far. All were single thin layer.

Old style hotel, however it has all you need and it is still comfortable.

I like all facilities in room but I want to approve the mattress to be a bit harder because it sags and makes my back hurt when I sleep. The size of the bed is very good, not small, very comfortable to sleep on. If I have a chance to go back to Yamanashi, I will stay here again. The owner uncle and auntie welcomed us very well and were very lovely. They even provided snacks for us to eat in the room. We felt very impressed.

We stayed at several hotels and apartments over our 10 day road trip and this place was one of the most spacious and comfortable places we stayed at. There was a good size free parking spot and the room had a large sofa and also had a microwave and a fridge. It looked newly renovated and the aircon looked brand new. We loved the Bluetooth speakers on the room and there was also a speaker in the very large bathroom.
