Overview
Just 7 minutes from Isawa-Onsen Train Station on the free shuttle, Kikori offers traditional cuisine and indoor and open-air hot-spring baths. The Japanese-style rooms have tatami-mat flooring, free wired internet and futon beds. All the air-conditioned rooms at Kikori Ryokan come with an LCD TV and an en suite bathroom. You can have a cup of green tea, try on the yukata robe or unwind in the private bath. The hotel is 9.5 km from JR Kofu Train Station and 8 km from Yamanashi Prefectural Science Centre. Maizuru Castle Park and Takeda Shrine are both 11 km away. On-site parking is free. Massages are offered at an additional charge, or guests can enjoy the sauna. Staff was very helpful, they had a shuttle bus to the tran/bus station from where we took a bus to Kawaguchi Lake, which is approximately 1 hour away. The rooms were clean, I was alone in the Onsen most of the time, they have a great foot massage machine. The breakfast was also very fulfilling and tasty, typical Japanese.

“Great place with some ancient Japanese feeling.”
There is a few great onsens available in this place and accesories for bathing are provided. Them there is the very friendly and helpfull staff.

Amazing Onsen and Japanese style room I had to say a big thank you to all the staff as I was late in arrival but they still came to the station to pick me up and kept my dinner. really appreciate all the help

Wonderful ambience to the hotel. Excellent food and service. Taxi provided to and from the station. Nice experience with the hot springs within the hotel and Yukata dress robes for dinner provided by the hotel which definitely made the whole experience more authentic.
