I enjoyed very much staying at Hotel Boarding House Hohenwart. It is a family managed place and we felt the privilege of being welcomed on this familiar environment. I particularly appreciated a Munich brewed beer, taken from the honesty bar and enjoyed seated on the wonderful garden that surrounds the house. Wonderful breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

Lovely old hotel/guesthouse with large and comfortable rooms. Everyone we met was very helpful. Breakfast was an excellent continental.

“On our way from the UK to Austria”
Great location and as soon as I arrived I was offered a gargage for my motorcycle, staff spoke excellent English and made us feel very comfortable, restaurant was closed on the day we arrived but we were able to order food to be delivered, and they have an honesty bar, so all good. Room was quiet and the shower was great, nice comfy bed, breakfast was traditional German with plenty of choice. would definitely stay again. Thank you all. :)

“Wonderful stay in the German Countryside.”
I liked the fact that there was bottled water a kettle and tea selection in each corridor. Rooms were very big and traditionally furnished. Bathroom was well equipped.

Family pension, very friendly. Everyone can use garden, its nice to také rest there. Just breakfast can be better. But we can accept because owners are very cute 😉

Specious rooms, great location if you are planning to visit Bavaria and Neuschwanstein Castle. Also have to mention - very nice hosts/staff.
