The breakfast start at 8 am in the middle of a city where people usually start work at 6-7 am, is a bad idea. It should be at least stated in the description of the property, I couldn't find it.

“Beautiful stay”
We had a really great stay. The furniture is new and there's also great entertainment. Unfortunately we only got to spend one night with friends but wish we could have stayed longer. Looks like the hotel is right next to a park which is really nice.

Quiet area near the river. Quiet room. Nice staff. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Good bathroom. Good heating. 10-15 min walk to/from the train station. Restaurant (pizzeria) on premises. Good value for money.
