“Modern and a great location”
Stayed here a few years ago and it was outdated and not good services. Now it is remodeled, fresh and very modern. A nice change. Great location in Fruita as well as convenient to the highway. Ease of parking near the room. Clean modern rooms. Love the code check in system to avoid having to go reception. Breakfast was decent even though it wasn’t a hot breakfast. Great value.

Right beside the Interstate, hour and a half to Arches Nat’l Park. Gas station and grocery store down the street. Breakfast was simple but good enough. Very quiet.
